Are you fluent in German and dedicated to providing premium customer service? We are looking for energetic, problem-solving professionals to join our elite German-Speaking Digital Retail Team. Primary Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

As a primary brand representative, you will ensure international buyers receive fluid, premium assistance for their online shopping needs by handling the following:

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Expertly address intricate customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, focusing heavily on international shipping, logistics, and digital billing systems.
  • Immediate Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and solve client problems during the initial point of contact to optimize user satisfaction and boost service efficiency.
  • Domain Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and internal software updates to provide highly informed guidance to platform users.
  • Data Integrity: Meticulously record client interactions within our CRM system to support data tracking and elevate the broader customer journey.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of a household brand by maintaining empathy, patience, and strict professionalism in every engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are seeking an agile, tech-literate professional who balances empathetic communication with the speed required for fast-moving retail inquiries.

  • Linguistic Capabilities: Complete professional proficiency in German and English (B2 level or higher) featuring excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Educational Background: A Matric certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent, validated international secondary school diploma.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong digital proficiency, including the comfort level required to operate multiple software programs and data dashboards at the same time.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong active listening habits, and the flexibility needed to succeed in a bustling corporate setting.
  • Desired Experience: Prior experience in luxury hospitality, retail supervision, or corporate administrative settings is a plus, though a proactive and enthusiastic attitude is highly prioritized.
