Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and driven German-speaking Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in German-speaking markets, present compelling offers, and close sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers in German-speaking regions
Present products/services clearly and persuasively in fluent German
Build rapport, identify customer needs, and close sales
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately capture customer information in CRM systems
Handle objections professionally and confidently

Requirements

Fluent in German (C1–C2 level or native)
Strong English communication skills
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call centre environments
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
