Global IT Planner

We are seeking an IT Planner to serve as the central operational engine and strategic coordinator in our IT Team. Operating across a matrixed footprint of 64 markets, this role acts as the operational connective tissue driving the rhythm of business for our IT Executives and Management Committees.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Governance & Monitoring: Act as the first point of escalation for governance conflicts, filter strategic decisions, and maintain a 100% on-time delivery rate for board packs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Break down silos between specialized technical departments and consolidate regional demands into a single IT framework.
• Financial Oversight: Coordinate the annual Capex/Opex planning lifecycle in partnership with Finance and monitor monthly expenditures.
• Vendor & Comms Management: Handle high-stakes vendor engagement cycles to maximize leverage and translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, commercial value proposition

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, or a recognized corporate governance equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ years within a corporate IT ecosystem, Enterprise PMO, Strategy Management Office,
• Financial Track Record: Proven experience monitoring operational and capital budgets across multinational organizations.
• Skills: High EQ to navigate corporate dynamics, plus a basic conceptual understanding of core IT pillars (Cyber Security, Cloud, etc).
