We're looking for a reliable and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier specialist to support our growing operations. You'll be responsible for the technical implementation of our systems and automations across multiple client accounts, helping us deliver seamless, high-performing marketing infrastructure for our clients.

NB - If your resume does not clearly demonstrate hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or automation systems, your application will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement funnels and lead capture flows from multiple sources (GHL forms, Gravity Forms, Instant Forms, etc.)
• Build and manage outbound sequences (email, SMS, workflows)
• Set up GoHighLevel sub-accounts
• Configure pipelines and pipeline workflows
• Connect and maintain automations via Zapier
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot workflow issues, using sound judgement and initiative to keep client systems running smoothly

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Strong experience with Zapier and automation logic
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to resolve issues independently
• Working knowledge of using AI tools to streamline and improve workflows
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable communication and consistent availability
• Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
• Own laptop or desktop computer meeting the following minimum specs: Processor: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) or higher, RAM: 16 GB or higher

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Funnel building experience
• Landing page creation
• General marketing automation knowledge

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R100,00 - R160,00 per hour
