About the Role

We are hiring a Google & Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a U.S.-based digital marketing and advertising agency .

This is a hands-on role for an experienced media buyer who thrives on campaign execution, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage multiple client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads, developing strategies that improve performance, maximize return on ad spend, and help clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000–$3,300 USD/month (Non-negotiable)

Work Schedule: Must be available to work U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, bidding, placements, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting tools.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across Google and Meta advertising platforms.

Requirements

  • Resume in English.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience working for a U.S.-based digital marketing or advertising agency .
  • Strong experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and improving ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Experience creating performance reports and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to work U.S. business hours.
