About the Role
We are hiring a Google & Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a U.S.-based digital marketing and advertising agency .
This is a hands-on role for an experienced media buyer who thrives on campaign execution, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will manage multiple client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads, developing strategies that improve performance, maximize return on ad spend, and help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,000–$3,300 USD/month (Non-negotiable)
Work Schedule: Must be available to work U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient ad spend.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, bidding, placements, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting tools.
- Identify new growth opportunities across Google and Meta advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Resume in English.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience working for a U.S.-based digital marketing or advertising agency .
- Strong experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Experience creating performance reports and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work U.S. business hours.
