Graduate Business Development Executive

Monthly salary: R18,000–R24,000 + commission, depending on experience and demonstrated ability

Unstuck Agency is looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional to join our remote team and build a career in B2B sales.

You will help PR, marketing and professional-services agencies in the UK and US win new business through thoughtful, targeted outreach. No previous sales experience is required: we provide structured training, direct support and clear opportunities to grow.

You will work closely with our Founder, sales team and delivery team in a small, supportive business where good ideas and strong performance are recognised.

What you’ll be doing

• Researching and contacting relevant agency decision-makers in the UK and US
• Writing personalised outreach and starting new-business conversations
• Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the sales team
• Using campaign data and feedback to improve performance
• Supporting client onboarding and campaign launches
• Developing towards more senior business-development, account-management or leadership responsibilities over time

Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or another commercial role is helpful, but not essential.
