About the Programme

Fidelity Services Group invites ambitious and high-performing graduates to apply for its 18-Month Graduate Development Programme based in Johannesburg.

This programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience within a leading corporate organisation through structured development, exposure to various business functions, and job rotation. Graduates will develop the technical, professional, and leadership skills required to build a successful career while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

Applicants must reside in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate to Gauteng at their own expense.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
  • Operations Management
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science
  • Engineering
  • General Management
• A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
• A valid South African driver's licence.
• Their own reliable vehicle.
• A clear criminal record.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and participate in job rotations across business units.
