Graduate Intern – Human Resources x 1

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Support the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation is properly filed.
• Support the preparation of HR reports and administrative documentation.
• Learn and apply HR policies, procedures and employment legislation under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support training and development administration.
• Assist with HR reporting and data capturing.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the manager.
