Principal Accountabilities:

• Support the delivery of IT services.
• Assist with maintaining IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Maintain accurate IT records and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support.
• Assist with hardware and software installation.
• Support user account administration.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Maintain IT asset registers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the IT Manager.
