To support the IT department in delivering innovative, secure, and efficient technology solutions while gaining hands-on experience across key IT functions. The successful incumbent will contribute to projects involving cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation, preparing for future roles in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (preferred)

Knowledge and Skills:

AI literacy (responsible prompting, tool evaluation, bias awareness)
Low-code/no-code development knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure
Participate in cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
Contribute to data analytics projects using tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL to generate insights for business decisions
Document IT processes, configurations, and user guides for internal use
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation and innovation projects
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
