Job Advert Summary
To support the IT department in delivering innovative, secure, and efficient technology solutions while gaining hands-on experience across key IT functions. The successful incumbent will contribute to projects involving cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation, preparing for future roles in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (preferred)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Analytical & problem-solving ability
- Adaptability to new tools and environments
- AI literacy (responsible prompting, tool evaluation, bias awareness)
- Low-code/no-code development knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
- Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Contribute to data analytics projects using tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL to generate insights for business decisions
- Document IT processes, configurations, and user guides for internal use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation and innovation projects
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
