What will you be doing? We are offering an exciting IT career opportunity for graduates within our IT Support environment. Our graduates will participate in a Graduate Program which will run over a period of 12 months.

During this time, they will work in our IT Department and will not only be taught and exposed to the broader Premier businesses but will also be upskilled on Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, Product Support, Service Management, Problem Solving creating Automated Solutions using AI and Customer Service Excellence.

A key focus of the Graduate Program will be to give them broad exposure in Enterprise Applications i.e ERP Solutions, Finance Systems, Manufacturing and Warehouse Systems as well as Professional Development to enhance their Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Teamwork and Critical Thinking abilities.

Essential Skills And Competence

• Are familiar with MS Office products, particularly Excel.
• Having fundamental skills in Business Management, with Accounting passed to at least 2nd year, preferred 3rd year.
• Able to cope with pressure and setbacks
• Results oriented
• Analytical thinking
• Time management & deadline orientated
• Team player with open communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Are willing to work shifts, be part of a stand-by rotation and travel to our branches.

Experience

• No work experience is required.
• Ad hoc roles or internships while studying will count in your favour.

Qualifications

• BCom Information Systems,
• BCom Computer Science,
• BCom Finance

Other

• Recently graduated from a recognised University
• A little workplace exposure will be advantageous
• You will be working in an FMCG environment and may be required to work overtime and weekends
