At Europa Worldwide Group, we're looking for exceptional talent to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract as Trainee Customer Account Managers across our Air & Sea Freight and Road Freight divisions. From the offset, you will gain hands-on exposure to Business Development, Client Engagement and Operational Support. With a commercial mind and the desire to build a long-term career in logistics, this opportunity offers a clear pathway into leadership and a permanent role, where available.

What you'll do:

• Retain and grow existing customer accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for account development
• Provide competitive, commercially informed quotes and pricing
• Oversee day-to-day customer operations, ensuring service levels and financial targets are achieved
• Manage the full customer service cycle, including quotes, consignments and customs compliance
• Engage existing customers to drive additional revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery excellence
