About the Role

We are seeking exceptional graduate to join our Executive Leadership Team Graduate Programme in the E-Commerce space.

This is a unique opportunity for ambitious, high-performing graduate to gain direct exposure to the leadership and strategic decision-making processes of one of Africa's leading technology companies.

Over a 12-month period, you will work closely with Core Group's Executive Leadership Team, supporting strategic projects, business initiatives, operational priorities, and executive decision-making across multiple business functions.

You will gain invaluable insight into how a large, fast-paced organisation operates while developing the commercial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills required for future management positions.

This programme is designed for graduates who aspire to become future business leaders and who are eager to learn from experienced executives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this immersive role, you will:

  • Support members of the Executive Leadership Team on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Conduct research, analyse data, and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
  • Prepare presentations, business updates, and executive communications.
  • Attend meetings with senior leaders and capture key actions and outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and assist with stakeholder communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with process improvement and business optimisation initiatives.
  • Develop strong commercial acumen through exposure to real-world business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted support partner to executives, helping ensure priorities are executed effectively.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking exceptional graduates who demonstrate:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree (BCom, BBusSci, BAdmin, BSc, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or related field) obtained within the last three years.
  • Strong academic performance and a track record of achievement.
  • Leadership experience through university societies, student leadership structures, sports, community initiatives, or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, maturity, and discretion.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A genuine interest in business, strategy, leadership, and technology.
