  • Experience managing business social media accounts and content schedules.
  • Experience with Metricool is preferred.
  • Experience with Mailchimp is desirable.
  • Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands without making them look identical.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, website content and social media.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Main Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative

  • Design menus, posters, flyers, social graphics, event artwork, advertisements, digital screens and other print and digital marketing materials.
  • Apply the correct brand bible, logo, typography, colour palette and design approach for each of our client's eight venues.
  • Produce professional, consistent and accurate creative assets across multiple venue brands.
  • Edit and enhance venue-supplied photography for use across digital and print channels.
  • Edit photographs, reels, stories and short-form video into engaging social content.
  • Maintain organised source files and ensure all final artwork is correctly formatted and ready for publication or print.
  • Manage multiple design briefs and deadlines simultaneously.

Social Media & Content

  • Manage approved content schedules for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels using Metricool.
  • Turn venue-supplied photographs, videos and information into engaging posts, reels and stories.
  • Issue clear shot lists and content briefs to London venue teams and follow up on missing or unsuitable content.
  • Write or refine captions and promotional copy using approved campaign information.
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, on-brand and aligned with the wider marketing calendar.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and content performance across the venue portfolio.

WordPress & Web Design

  • Maintain and update the WordPress websites for the client's eight venues.
  • Add and update menus, events, opening hours, offers, images and venue information.
  • Ensure websites remain accurate, up to date and visually consistent with each venue's brand.
  • Make routine content and layout changes within WordPress.
  • Identify website issues and work proactively to resolve or escalate them where necessary.
  • Ensure web content provides a strong user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Apply good web design and content principles when creating or updating website pages.

GEO / AEO

  • Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and/or Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) principles to website and digital content.
  • Structure content so that it is clear, useful and discoverable by modern search engines and AI-powered answer platforms.
  • Optimise venue and event content to improve visibility within traditional search and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the way venue information, events, services and frequently asked questions are presented online.
  • Keep up to date with developments in search, AI-generated answers and changes in how users discover businesses online.

Email Marketing

  • Build and format approved email newsletters in Mailchimp.
  • Ensure email campaigns are correctly formatted, proofread and aligned with the relevant venue brand.
  • Support the development of promotional email campaigns and event communications.
  • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain an organised digital asset library with clear file names, current versions and print-ready exports.
  • Manage content deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered according to the group marketing calendar.
  • Track reach, engagement, clicks, website activity and booking-related results.
  • Provide regular performance reporting across social media, website and email activity.
