Graphic Designer – Polokwane

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and well‑presented Designer / Receptionist to join our team in Polokwane.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, friendly with customers, and experienced in a busy print shop environment.

NON‑NEGOTIABLE requirements:

• Full working knowledge of CorelDRAW
• Previous print shop experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Professional telephone and reception skills

‼ Please do not apply if you do not have solid CorelDRAW and print shop experience, as these are essential for the position.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and preparing designs for print
• Assisting walk‑in and phone‑in customers
• Handling reception duties
• Preparing artwork for printing
• Assisting with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries
• Checking artwork for accuracy before production
• Working closely with the print team to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
• Keeping the front desk and work area professional and organised
