Job description

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Creator who can produce visually compelling content across both digital and traditional platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality brand assets, marketing collateral, social media content, video editing, motion graphics and visual storytelling that strengthens the company's brand presence across multiple business units.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing static artwork and editing engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative ability with technical proficiency and understands how design contributes to marketing performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design digital and print marketing collateral
  • Produce brochures, flyers, posters, catalogues and presentations
  • Develop social media graphics across all platforms
  • Design web banners and website assets
  • Design email marketing creatives
  • Create infographics and data visualisations
  • Maintain and evolve company brand guidelines
  • Create event branding and exhibition collateral
  • Design packaging, signage and point-of-sale material where required

Video Production & Editing

  • Edit promotional videos for digital campaigns
  • Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Edit interviews, podcasts and corporate videos
  • Produce motion graphics and animated social media content
  • Add captions, transitions, music and visual effects
  • Optimise video formats for different platforms
  • Ensure videos meet platform-specific specifications

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency across all visual communication
  • Maintain brand identity across all companies and divisions
  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign execution
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts from brief to execution

Social Media Creative

Create visual assets for:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • X
  • YouTube

Develop content including:

  • Carousel posts
  • Reels
  • Stories
  • Motion graphics
  • GIFs
  • Digital advertisements
  • Paid social creative

Photography & Content Creation

  • Assist with product photography
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content
  • Edit photographs for campaigns
  • Support company events with photography and videography
  • Organise and maintain digital asset libraries

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Interpret creative briefs into engaging visual communication
  • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Liaise with printers, suppliers and production partners

  • Delivery of high-quality creative assets within agreed deadlines

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years' experience in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Experience creating digital-first content.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, design and video editing work.

Technical Skills

Adobe Creative Cloud (Essential)

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Lightroom
  • Adobe Acrobat

Additional Software

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Figma
  • Canva Pro
  • CapCut
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Google Workspace

Experience using AI-powered creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar) to enhance creative workflows is advantageous.
