Join Our Team as a Graphics Designer & Multimedia Specialist at Rohloff Group!

We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist to bring our marketing campaigns and internal communications to life.

This role sits at the heart of our Digital and Marketing team, creating impactful visuals and videos that drive sales, engage our teams, and deliver a consistent KFC brand experience across ~100 restaurants and multiple group companies.

From newsletters to campaign artwork and training videos, this is a hands-on role where your creativity will directly show up in our restaurants and across our business.

What You'll Do:

Campaigns & Marketing Design

• Design high-quality artwork for national and local marketing campaigns
• Create in-store collateral (posters, pamphlets, digital screens, POS)
• Ensure all creative aligns with KFC brand standards and campaign objectives

Internal Communications

• Design and publish our internal newsletter
• Create engaging visuals for Teams, WhatsApp, and SharePoint communications
• Support storytelling across the business through strong, consistent design

Video & Multimedia Content

• Create and edit videos for:
• Training and operational content
• Marketing campaigns and promotions
• Internal announcements
• Manage the full production process from concept to final delivery

Brand & Design Governance

• Ensure all output aligns with KFC and Rohloff Group brand guidelines
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Marketing, Operations, BI, and Digital teams
• Support sister companies with their design and marketing needs

What You'll Bring:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or similar
• 3–5 years' experience in graphic design / multimedia (retail, QSR, or agency preferred)
• Strong portfolio across print, digital, and video content
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar)
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling ability
