Graphics Designer

1. Position Purpose

We are looking for a young, vibrant, creative and highly energetic Graphic Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating bold, trendy and engaging visual content that reflects our client brand nightlife atmosphere and entertainment experience.

We are looking for someone who understands what is currently trending on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms, and who can turn ideas into eye-catching content that attracts customers and drives engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and visually appealing posters, flyers and digital advertisements.
• Create promotional artwork for DJs, artists, live performances, themed events and weekend activations.
• Develop social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create content promoting food, drinks, cocktails, shisha/hubbly and special offers.
• Develop creative campaigns for events, public holidays and special occasions.
• Create Instagram Stories, Reels covers and other digital content.
• Assist with photography and short-form video content during events where required.
• Edit photographs and videos for social media.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with companies brand identity.
• Keep up to date with current social media, design, fashion, music and nightlife trends.
• Work closely with management and the events team to develop creative promotional concepts.
• Produce designs within strict deadlines, including urgent and short-notice promotional material.
• Contribute fresh ideas to increase the lounge's visibility, customer traffic and social media engagement.

3. Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years' proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field will be advantageous.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design work.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other professional design software.
• Experience with photography and video editing will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, events or lifestyle brands will be highly advantageous.

6. Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is compulsory.

Applicants must provide examples of previous work, particularly:

• Event posters;
• Nightlife/entertainment designs;
• Social media campaigns;
• Instagram and TikTok content;
• Restaurant/hospitality promotions;
• Branding projects; and
• Photography or video content.

7. Working Environment

This is a fast-paced, creative and entertainment-driven environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working around events, DJs, artists, nightlife promotions and last-minute marketing requirements.

The candidate may be required to work evenings, weekends and public holidays depending on the lounge's event schedule.
