Grillers Wanted – Restaurant in Newlands

We are looking for experienced Grillers to join our busy restaurant team in Newlands, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill meat, chicken and other menu items to the required standard
• Ensure food is cooked correctly and consistently
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic grill station
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist the kitchen team where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Griller or in a similar kitchen position
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Must have reliable transport to and from Newlands
