Job description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Griller to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and presentation of all dishes
- Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with food prep and kitchen duties as needed
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a griller, grill cook, or similar role is required
- Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
