Professional Mixologist – Group Beverage & Cocktail Development
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Professional Mixologist to lead our group cocktail program across multiple hospitality venues.
This is a senior role responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our beverage offering, ensuring innovation, consistency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the group's cocktail and beverage portfolio.
- Design seasonal and venue-specific cocktail menus.
- Standardise recipes, specifications, and costing to achieve target gross profits.
- Lead cocktail training and development for bar teams across all venues.
- Maintain exceptional presentation, consistency, and service standards.
- Source and develop new products in collaboration with suppliers and brand partners.
- Monitor beverage trends and continuously innovate the cocktail program.
- Conduct regular bar audits, quality control, and performance assessments.
- Work closely with Operations and General Managers to drive beverage sales and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior mixology or beverage development role within premium hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage trends.
- Strong recipe development and beverage costing experience.
- Exceptional training and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel between venues and work independently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
