Apply deep HR Domain and employee wellbeing expertise to design and develop employee wellbeing products and services aligned to the organization people strategy and ongoing shifts in the ‘future of work.’ This includes: the provision of specialist advisory services on Enterprise-wide wellbeing solutions, customisation of solutions in support of business strategic objectives, building capability across the Bank Service Delivery Model Operationalisation digitalisation employee wellbeing data, analytics, and insights knowledge and process management stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Employee Wellbeing Expertise & Advisory Services
  • Provide integrated wellbeing consulting and advisory services by applying subject matter expertise, business insight and commercial acumen to enterprise-wide initiatives and programmes.
  • Use wellbeing data, analytics, benchmarking and future-focused research to generate practical insights that inform strategic decisions and the evolution of wellbeing frameworks.
  • Lead wellbeing projects from scoping and solution design through to implementation and delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Partner with the Head: Employee Wellbeing and cluster counterparts to design workforce-led wellbeing events, solutions and digital platforms that improve access, adoption and employee experience.
  • Co-design, implement and maintain wellbeing knowledge management, including guidelines, system guides, processes and supporting materials.
  • Develop wellbeing change, awareness and capability-building initiatives, including coaching, communication, information sharing and training across HR, line managers and employee communities.

Job Profile Preview

  • Build cross-enterprise relationships to influence stakeholders, embed wellbeing practices and deliver meaningful business, health, mindset and behaviour outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing commercially relevant, practical and fit-for-purpose wellbeing solutions.

Finance, Risk & Governance

  • Identify, report and mitigate wellbeing practice risks across short-, medium- and long-term horizons.
  • Support the Head: Employee Wellbeing with business cases, solution specifications, governance submissions and budget planning.

Job Responsibilities Continue

  • Ensure the wellbeing practice complies with Group Risk, Governance, Compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide wellbeing reporting aligned to relevant governance processes and practices.

Delivery Management

  • Contribute to integrated delivery teams responsible for priority wellbeing design and implementation services.
  • Participate in agile delivery routines, including retrospectives, planning and execution activities.
  • Monitor, measure and report on the performance and impact of wellbeing solutions across workforce segments.
  • Manage priorities, timelines and resources to deliver work efficiently and on time.
  • Create and manage a wellbeing community of practice to support co-design, operationalisation and continuous improvement of wellbeing initiatives.

People

  • Provide specialist wellbeing guidance and support to HR Product Owners and teams.
  • Conduct peer reviews, testing and problem-solving within and across the broader team.
  • Collaborate with peers and HR Product Owners in cross-functional design and delivery teams, creating an environment that enables delivery.
  • Work effectively in diverse and inclusive teams to deliver individual, team and business impact.
  • Build and leverage relationships across internal and external stakeholders, work groups and customers.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree

Preferred Qualification

  • Relevant degree / honours degree in Human Sciences related field

Minimum Experience Level

  • 3-5 years’ experience in providing a breadth of wellbeing and OD services or components thereof
