About Us
We are a fast-growing creator management agency generating approximately $300,000 per month in gross sales across a roster of 29 creators. Over the next 12 months, we are scaling toward $1 million+ in monthly revenue while expanding to more than 80 creators.
Our biggest growth opportunity is increasing audience reach across multiple social media platforms. We publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads and Reddit using both short-form and long-form content.
We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to build and scale our multi-platform growth engine.
The Role
Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Reports to: COO
Direct Reports: Five department leaders across Content Distribution, Video Editing, Creative, Client Success and YouTube Operations.
As Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the company's audience growth strategy across multiple social platforms. You'll develop scalable systems that increase reach, grow subscribers and reduce dependence on any single platform.
You'll work closely with department leaders to build repeatable processes, improve performance through data, and help the business achieve its next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Growth Strategy
- Own subscriber, audience growth and traffic performance across all platforms.
- Develop strategies that increase reach while improving conversion into paying subscribers.
Build Multi-Platform Distribution
- Scale content distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads and Reddit.
- Develop efficient content repurposing workflows that maximize the value of every content asset.
Improve the Customer Journey
- Optimize the path from social media engagement to subscriber conversion.
- Continuously improve performance as platform features and best practices evolve.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams
- Align Creative, Editing and Distribution teams around shared growth objectives.
- Coach leaders and build systems that enable teams to perform at a high level.
Ensure Platform Compliance
- Implement processes that support compliance with platform policies and publishing guidelines.
- Help maintain healthy, sustainable account growth across all channels.
Drive Data-Informed Decisions
- Establish reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
- Analyze trends and use insights to improve results on an ongoing basis.
Success Measures
Performance will be measured against quarterly goals, including:
- Subscriber growth across all platforms
- Audience reach and total views
- Platform coverage across the creator roster
- Conversion performance
- Platform compliance and account health
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- Demonstrated success leading multi-platform audience growth and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing leaders who oversee larger operational teams.
- Strong background in short-form content distribution across major social platforms.
- Experience owning growth metrics and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience building scalable marketing systems and processes.
Entrepreneurial experience or experience scaling a business is highly desirable.

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay: R65 000,00 - R98 000,00 per month
