Growth Development Manager - (REMOTE)

What you will do:

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract high-performing real estate agents and teams to eXp Realty.
• Conduct targeted outreach, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective agents to communicate eXp Realty’s value proposition.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new agents into the brokerage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to foster engagement, productivity, and long-term retention.
• Develop and implement initiatives that support agent success through training, mentorship, and resource accessibility.
• Address agent concerns proactively and provide solutions to enhance their experience within the brokerage.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and contribute to the strategic growth of eXp Realty in new territories.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute impactful campaigns that drive growth.
• Analyze recruitment, retention, and market data to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.
• Provide leadership with regular reports and insights on growth progress, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize CRM tools and tracking systems to effectively manage agent engagement, recruitment efforts, and outreach.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and educational events to ensure agents are well-versed in eXp Realty’s platform, benefits, and tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously refine growth strategies.
• Assist the Broker of Record and Country Leader in compliance-related matters, ensuring all agents operate within industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance on legal requirements, risk management, and brokerage compliance procedures.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
• Support the resolution of disputes, complaints, and compliance investigations in coordination with the legal team.
• Oversee and manage all matters related to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Serve as the primary liaison with the eXp International Legal Team on all legal matters pertaining to eXp South Africa.
• Work closely with the Country Leader to achieve a satisfactory resolution of VAT-related queries in the short term.
• Ensure compliance and effective resolution of all internal agent disputes.
• Monitor and manage customer complaints related to agents, ensuring prompt and professional handling.
• Assist the Country Leader in exploring forward-thinking AI and ChatGPT solutions, including the use of the Coda platform.
• Provide training to agents on growth strategies and team attraction methodologies.
• Organize and lead country-wide roadshows with key agent influencers and leadership to attract top-performing team leaders to eXp Realty.
• Support the Country Leader in executing a robust growth strategy, including attendance and representation at key industry events.

How you will grab our attention:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of successful agent attraction, retention, and market growth.
• Real estate license (preferred or required depending on the region)
