Over the past three years, we’ve built the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure to enable scalable growth. Now, with proven traction and repeatable results, we are entering a pivotal phase: expanding into new markets, accelerating deal flow, and professionalising our commercial engine.
The opportunity is huge. The UK residential market sees over £1 trillion in housing stock transact each year - much of it sold sub-optimally due to misaligned agency incentives, poor presentation, or rushed sales processes. Flyp exists to change that. By combining renovation, rental yield generation, and agent matchmaking under one roof, we offer homeowners a new kind of sales journey - smarter, more flexible, and ultimately more profitable.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Growth Marketer to take full control of our growth marketing engine.
Right now, we run our ads in-house. We’ve tried agencies and haven’t seen the value. What we need is a dedicated operator who can run performance marketing better than we do, systematically reduce CAC, and scale our spend
2–5x over the next 12 months
while maintaining (and improving) lead quality.
We’re growing fast (we’re ~2x up in January and expect to 2x again in February). Our product works — the core challenge is getting it in front of
a lot more
UK homeowners who are selling (c.
1.4m
per year). You’ll own that mission end-to-end: strategy, execution, experimentation, measurement, and new channel expansion.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines
proven technical performance marketing capability
with
creative, adaptable growth thinking
— including using AI tools to rapidly test new initiatives, creative formats, and lead-capture ideas.
You’ll own both new customer acquisition and maximising conversion from our existing lead base through lifecycle marketing and funnel optimisation.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Take full ownership of paid acquisition and establish a clear testing roadmap.
- Identify the biggest CAC + CVR levers in the funnel (creative, landing pages, tracking, targeting, lead handling).
- Improve conversion efficiency while maintaining or improving lead quality.
- Build clean reporting and attribution that the team trusts, with clear weekly insights and actions.
- Build a repeatable system to extract more value from existing leads: reactivation, retargeting, nurture journeys, and tighter MQL → SQL conversion loops.
- Improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-deal conversion rates through better segmentation, messaging, and timing.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Growth Ownership
- Own and run Flyp’s paid acquisition across Meta and Google (and expand into other channels where it makes sense).
- Scale spend responsibly while improving CAC and maintaining lead quality.
- Build and manage structured experimentation across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
Creative & Content Strategy for Performance
- Develop and lead a performance creative strategy (UGC, founder-led, product demos, testimonials, stat-led angles, etc.).
- Turn insights into briefs, iterate quickly, and build a repeatable creative testing machine.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production workflows, testing velocity, and new concepts.
Measurement, Tracking & Insight
- Own tracking hygiene (pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM, events, UTMs, conversion definitions).
- Build dashboards and reporting that connect spend → lead → qualified lead → deal outcomes.
- Diagnose funnel drop-offs and drive improvements across landing pages, forms, speed, messaging and lead nurture.
Lifecycle Marketing & Conversion Funnels (Existing Leads)
- Own strategies to increase revenue from our existing lead pool: reactivation campaigns, retargeting, and multi-touch nurture (email/SMS/WhatsApp).
- Segment leads by intent, recency, location, property signals, and funnel stage to tailor messaging and offers.
- Build and optimise conversion funnels end-to-end (ad → landing page → lead → contact → meeting → deal), partnering closely with SDR/sales to tighten feedback loops.
- Improve lead handling outcomes via automation and playbooks (timing, frequency, scripts, reminders), and measure impact on qualified rate + booked meetings + win rate.
- Reduce wasted spend by improving exclusion logic, suppression lists, and “right message / right time” retargeting.
Channel & Growth Expansion
- Propose and test new growth levers beyond “more ads”: new channels, partnerships, referral loops, organic capture, lifecycle campaigns, or product-led growth mechanics.
- Collaborate with sales/SDR teams to improve lead handling, qualification and feedback loops that improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For (Must-haves)
Proven hands-on performance marketing experience
(you’ve personally managed meaningful budgets and can show results).
- Demonstrable track record of
reducing CAC
and
scaling spend
without tanking efficiency.
- Strong technical competence: platform setup, campaign structure, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical ability: you can turn messy data into clear decisions and prioritised experiments.
- Strong creative instincts: you understand what makes ads convert and can drive a fast creative iteration cycle.
- High ownership and speed: you act like it’s your business, you ship, you test, you iterate.
- Comfortable working remotely with clear communication and consistent delivery cadence.
- Experience running full-funnel growth, including nurture, reactivation, and retargeting, not just prospecting.
- Comfortable owning CRM/lifecycle execution and reporting (segmentation, journeys, deliverability basics, and conversion measurement).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in PropTech, marketplaces, lead-gen, or high-consideration purchases (finance/property/insurance).
- Experience with lifecycle / CRM marketing (email/SMS/WhatsApp), lead nurturing, or improving MQL → SQL conversion.
- Landing page/CRO experience (A/B testing, funnel optimisation, form optimisation, speed improvements).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot/Pipedrive, Looker Studio, GA4, GTM, Zapier, and basic automation workflows.
- Experience building lightweight creative production systems (UGC pipelines, creator sourcing, editing workflows).
