We are a premium private addiction and mental health provider with our residential clinic in Cape Town and a growing European presence. As we continue to expand internationally, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work directly with our CEO and help build one of the world's leading private behavioural healthcare brands.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We already have creative specialists, designers and content creators. What we're looking for is someone who can bring everything together into one clear marketing strategy.

You will lead our digital growth strategy, analyse performance data, coordinate our marketing partners and turn insights into measurable business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RevivoCare's marketing and growth strategy.
• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and email marketing.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and CRM data.
• Build dashboards and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Optimise lead generation, customer journeys and conversion rates.
• Work closely with external agencies, content creators and designers.
• Partner directly with the CEO to develop innovative campaigns, AI initiatives and international growth strategies.

Experience

• 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing or marketing strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and marketing attribution.
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO and performance marketing.
• Experience managing agencies or multidisciplinary teams.
• Healthcare, hospitality or premium service experience is an advantage.
