Growth & Partnerships Manager — International (Remote)

BlendED is an AI+X talent development platform headquartered in Cambridge, MA, United States. We help university students build demonstrated AI capabilities through real industry projects, a global talent community across 20+ countries, and outcome-focused programs. Our core product runs at 80%+ gross margins, the business turned profitable in Q2 2026, and we're expanding beyond our founding markets.

This is an origination-first revenue role: you'll open university and student-organization channels in Western markets (US, UK, AU/NZ), build repeatable activation playbooks (our best channel event produced 300+ qualified leads in two weeks — your job is to make that a system), and close the enrollments your channels produce. You own a bookings number and the channels behind it.

Comp is deliberately commission-heavy: modest fixed base + uncapped commission on bookings + accelerator above quota. If you want to be paid mostly for showing up, this is the wrong role. If you've been the person who finds the revenue — not just works handed leads — the math here pays better than a fat base.

90-day paid trial with written, objective conversion gates — you'll see them before you say yes. Remote, any location with 4+ hours of US-morning overlap. You'll work directly with the founder and an AI-native sales system (playbooks, research, and drafting are agent-assisted — ramp is weeks, not months).
