Job description
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10
- Previous supervisory experience
- PSIRA registered (Grade A or B)
JOB REQUIREMENTS & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Valid driver’s licence
- Sound knowledge of FADT disciplinary procedures
- Clean Disciplinary record
Duties.
- Investigating all Queries received
- Implement correction functions
- Telephonic assistance with any problems or complaints
- Report all client queries to area manager
- Keep staff turnover of Security Guard to a minimum
- Uphold morale of key personnel
- Discipline of key personnel
- Resolve client and/or employee disputes
