About the Role
Our client, a well-established name in the security industry, is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Guarding Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional with solid guarding-sector knowledge and a track record of winning new business and growing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and roll out sales strategies to drive growth within the guarding division
- Source and close new business opportunities across the security sector
- Cultivate and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Draft and deliver proposals, quotes, and tender submissions
- Carry out market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Meet and surpass agreed sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions on behalf of the company
Requirements
- 5–10 years' sales experience within the security guarding sector
- Solid understanding of guarding operations and security solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Track record of generating and closing new business
- Valid driver's licence with own reliable vehicle
- Sound leadership, organisational, and relationship-management skills
