Guarding Sales Manager

A leading security company is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Guarding Sales Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a young, energetic professional with a strong understanding of the security guarding industry and a proven ability to drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the guarding division.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the security industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 – 10 years proven experience in sales within the security guarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of guarding operations and security solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-management skills.
• Clear Criminal Record
