Guest Experience & Property Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Experience & Property Operations Coordinator.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys helping guests, coordinating day-to-day property operations, and working in a fast-paced online environment. If you're highly organised, enjoy problem-solving, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain vacation rental listings across multiple online booking platforms.
• Ensure property information, pricing, calendars, and availability remain accurate and up to date.
• Respond to guest enquiries through email, live chat, and messaging platforms with professionalism and care.
• Assist guests throughout the booking journey, from initial enquiries to post-stay support.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate reservations and operational activities.
• Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to increase bookings and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
• Comfortable using computers, online tools, and booking platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, travel, or property operations is an advantage.
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, or similar platforms is beneficial but not required.
