Job description

Brahman Hills is looking for a passionate, friendly and professional Guest Relations & Concierge Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
Handling guest requests, queries and concerns
Coordinating restaurant reservations, spa bookings, activities and special experiences
Assisting with VIP arrivals, special occasions and guest amenities
Providing information about the hotel and local attractions
Preparing guest itineraries and coordinating special requests
Liaising with Reception, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Restaurant, Spa and other departments
Following up on guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally
Promoting hotel facilities, services and experiences

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Hospitality or Tourism qualification advantageous
Previous experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, Reception or a similar hospitality role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Professional appearance and friendly personality
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
A valid driver's licence will be advantageous

Location: Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
