Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional hair services to clients.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Perform cuts, blow-outs, styling, colouring, highlights, treatments and other relevant hair services.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and workstation presentation.
• Ensure clients receive a warm, professional and personalised salon experience.
• Recommend suitable professional haircare products and treatments.
• Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques and products.
• Assist with building and maintaining a loyal client base.
• Promote salon services, packages and promotions where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with other Royals by Eve team members.
• Maintain professional conduct, punctuality and excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Relevant hairdressing qualification or recognised industry experience.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, styling and colouring.
• Experience with treatments, highlights and chemical services will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for beauty, hair and client care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible salon hours when required.
