Purpose
Providing general repair, support and maintenance to the different sites.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or Equivalent
- South African Valid C1 Driver’s License
- Minimum of 2-3 year's Maintenance Experience (i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, Painting and General Repairs and Maintenance)
Responsibilities
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Conduct general maintenance work;
- Plumbing - Fixing leaks, clearing clogged drains, changing tap washers, and replacing fixtures like toilets and faucets
- Electrical -Replacing light bulbs, repairing broken switches, installing ceiling fans, and troubleshooting basic electrical issues
- Carpentry & Assembly: Assembling furniture, installing shelving, repairing or adjusting door hinges, and fixing broken windows or cabinets
- Surface Maintenance: Painting and staining, filling cracks in walls or sidewalks, and repairing broken tiles.
- Performing other duties as allocated by a manager or supervisor
- Effective self-management
