Job description
Busy day-time neighbourhood restaurant is looking for an experienced head barista. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead a small 3 man team during service, ensuring that consistently good drinks reach the customers in a time efficient manner.
Skills and competencies:
- Must be able to provide a friendly and professional service to customers
- Proficient in English
- Maintain cleanliness
- Control stock and accurate ordering
- Team player
- Have attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
