Head Hostess

As a Head Hostess within the NoName Hospitality Group you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless service and create a warm welcome for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Manage the flow of guests, ensuring that tables are turned promptly, and guests are seated in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure that guests' needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Daily Tasks

• Manage the reservation book, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Greet and welcome guests, offering menus and escorting them to their tables.
• Manage the waitlist, communicating wait times and seating guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and surrounding areas.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

Additional Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, responding to inquiries and taking reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with special requests, such as birthday celebrations or special occasions, to create a memorable experience for our guests.
• Work with the service team to ensure that guests' needs are met and that their experience is exceptional.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
