Head of Content Operations — Creator Management Agency (Remote)

We are a fast-scaling creator management agency moving from $300,000 to $1,000,000+ per month in gross sales over the next 12 months, growing from 30 to 80+ creators. We have proven content, strong monetisation, and a volume problem. You are the person who solves it — by building a machine that takes one proven piece of content and turns it into maximum output across every platform.

THE ROLE

This is an operations and systems role. It is not a brand, awareness, or paid-media role. You will not manage an ad budget or run campaigns. You will build and run the content machine — the workflows, pipelines, and SOPs — that takes one proven piece of content and turns it into maximum output across every platform, and you will own the subscriber number that machine drives.

Around 90% of our revenue sits on one platform today. Diversifying that distribution is both our biggest growth lever and our survival play. You own that problem, and you solve it by building the machine, not by spending money.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

• A long-form-to-short-form pipeline — take one 10 to 15 minute video and systematically turn it into many short placements, each optimised natively per platform
• A content multiplication engine — take one proven content winner and multiply it into many compliant variants that platforms will not flag as duplicate, run weekly, per creator, and runnable by junior operators without you in the room
• Per-platform distribution SOPs across X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, and Facebook
• An account survival system — staying live at volume through platform bans, throttling, and rule changes
• A repeatable playbook for breaking into new platforms with no existing data to start from
• A feedback loop that reliably identifies what is working and feeds it back into what gets produced

WHO YOU WILL LEAD

Four direct reports, each running their own team — a Creative Director, an Editing Manager, a Distribution Manager, and a YouTube Lead. You run them as one machine, not four silos. You report to the COO.

WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON

— Subscribers generated across all platforms — this is the primary number you own — Platform coverage — percentage of the creator roster live and posting across all target platforms — Total views and reach — the volume that feeds subscriber growth — Account health — accounts staying live and growing through platform restrictions and rule changes — Pipeline adoption — SOPs and workflows running independently of you, operated by junior team members

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience (non-negotiable) — You have built multi-platform organic distribution before, short-form video in particular, and can show the volume you produced — You have kept accounts and audiences alive inside platforms that throttle, ban, and change rules constantly — You have owned a hard top-line growth number and been held accountable to it — You have led function heads who each run their own team — You are genuinely comfortable building a long-term career in the creator content vertical, including mature content — this is assessed early in the process

Skills (must-have) — Content operations and workflow design — your instinct is to map a process, document it as an SOP, and make it runnable by someone junior without you present — Multi-platform short-form distribution — you have done this at volume and can prove it — Platform compliance management — you know how to stay live at scale across platforms that actively work against you — Data fluency — you read performance metrics natively and act on them without being prompted — Cross-functional leadership across creative, editing, and distribution functions

Who you are (non-negotiable) — A systems builder — you map workflows, write SOPs, and build machines that run without you — Offensive and data-driven — you diagnose the constraint and build the fix rather than waiting for direction — A self-starter who owns the number publicly and does not need to be chased for it — Calm under pressure — comfortable building the new while the current is under strain — Genuinely motivated by mission and outcomes, not title and stability
