THE ONE LINE THAT MATTERS

Build and run the operational machine, the workflows, pipelines and SOPs, that turns our proven content into maximum compliant distribution across every platform, and own the subscriber number that machine drives.

WHAT YOU EXCLUDE YOURSELF FROM

This is an operations and systems role. It is NOT a brand, positioning, awareness, or paid-media role. You will not manage an ad budget or run campaigns. If your strength is allocating spend, this is not your seat.

THE COMPANY

We are a fast-scaling creator-management agency. We currently manage around 30 creators and are scaling to 80+ over the next 12 months, moving from roughly $300k to $1m+ per month in gross sales. Fully remote. You must be genuinely comfortable building a long-term career in this vertical.

THE PROBLEM YOU OWN

Our monetisation is already strong. Our constraint is volume and distribution: getting proven content in front of far more people, across far more platforms, without accounts getting throttled or banned. Around 90% of our revenue sits on one platform today. Diversifying distribution is both our biggest growth lever and our survival play. You own the subscriber number, and you hit it by building the machine, not by spending money.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BUILD

A long-form-to-short-form pipeline: take one 10-15 minute video and systematically turn it into many short placements, each optimised natively per platform.

A content-multiplication engine: take one proven winner and multiply it into many compliant variants that platforms won't flag as duplicate, run weekly, per creator, and runnable by junior operators.

Per-platform distribution SOPs across X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Reddit, Snap and Facebook.

An account-survival system: staying live at volume through platform bans, throttling and rule changes.

A repeatable playbook for breaking into platforms you've never cracked, with no data to start from.

A feedback loop that reliably tells you what's working and feeds it back into what gets produced.

WHO YOU'LL LEAD

Four direct reports, each running their own team: a Creative Director, an Editing Manager, a Distribution Manager, and a YouTube Lead. You run them as one machine, not four silos. You report to the COO.

WHO YOU ARE

You build systems. Your instinct is to map a workflow, document it as an SOP, and make it runnable by someone junior without you in the room.

You've built multi-platform organic distribution before, short-form video in particular, and can show the volume you produced.

You've kept accounts and audiences alive inside platforms that throttle, ban, and change rules constantly.

You've owned a hard top-line number and been measured on it.

You're data-fluent, offensive, and a self-starter. You diagnose the constraint and build the fix rather than waiting for a playbook.

Location: Fully remote.

Employment: Independent contractor. You handle your own tax.

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (overlap Philippine time zone)
