Job description
Boodle is looking for a commercially minded Head of Digital Sales & Marketing to take ownership of our full acquisition and conversion engine, from the first ad impression to the closed sale. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. Someone who is just as focused on the profitability behind every campaign as they are on optimising it.
You'll sit at the centre of our growth function, leading four connected pillars:
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Own the strategy, budget and performance of all paid acquisition channels; Google Ads, Meta, etc, with a relentless focus on cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition and ROI.
Lead Generation Partnerships
Manage and grow our network of lead aggregators and third-party acquisition partners. Negotiating terms, monitoring lead quality and cost, and ensuring every channel delivers profitable volume.
Direct Marketing
Drive owned-channel campaigns that nurture prospects and retain existing customers across the credit lifecycle.
Sales Team Leadership
Lead, coach and hold accountable a sales team responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into funded loans, with clear targets, pipeline visibility and performance management.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading digital marketing and sales functions, ideally within credit, lending, fintech or another regulated financial services environment
- A strong track record managing paid media budgets and lead generation/aggregator partnerships, with the numbers to prove it
- Direct people-management experience, including leading a sales team against targets
- Sound understanding of the consumer credit customer journey, from acquisition through to conversion and retention
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to make fast, commercial decisions
- Zoho experience is a strong advantage (CRM, campaigns, and workflow automation)
