Position Overview

The Head of Events is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of all automotive events, including product launches, dealer activations, exhibitions, sponsorships, and customer engagement experiences. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to ensure events align with brand strategy and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Strategy
• Develop and implement the overall events strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Identify opportunities to showcase products, strengthen dealer relationships, and enhance customer engagement.
• Event Planning & Execution
• Lead the planning and delivery of product launches, exhibitions, dealer activations, and corporate events.
• Oversee venue selection, logistics, supplier contracts, and event programs.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and dealer networks to ensure event objectives are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, agencies, and external partners.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor performance against service agreements.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the events team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure seamless execution across multiple projects.
• Marketing Integration
• Align event campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, including digital and social media.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Performance Measurement
• Track event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and sales impact.
• Prepare post‑event reports and recommend improvements for future activations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business Management.
• 7–10 years of experience in event management, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale events and campaigns.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
