Join DEHN — Build One Global Engineering Team.

To further strengthen our global Engineering Services organization, we are looking for an Engineering Services Manager in South Africa.

In this role, you will lead and develop our South African Engineering Services team while contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of our global engineering capabilities. Working closely with colleagues in Germany, India and other countries, you will help deliver high-quality engineering services that support our sales organizations, customers, and strategic initiatives worldwide.

Work location: South Africa

Your tasks.

Provide disciplinary and functional leadership for the South African Engineering Services team

Drive employee development, coaching, and succession planning

Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and prioritization of activities

Ensure high quality and efficient delivery of engineering services

Support sales organizations with technical customer projects and engineering expertise

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across engineering teams in South Africa, Germany, and India

Contribute to the development and standardization of global engineering processes, tools, and best practices

Ensure effective project execution and adherence to quality standards

Support the implementation of the global Engineering Services strategy

Your experiences and competencies.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification

At least 2 years of experience in engineering, technical consulting, or a related field

Previous leadership experience is an advantage

Strong communication and people leadership skills

Ability to work effectively across cultures and international teams

High level of ownership, initiative, and customer orientation

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
