Head of Marketing

Founding Marketing Leader | B2B SaaS | Remote

Are you a strategic marketer who enjoys building rather than maintaining?

Our client is seeking an ambitious Head of Marketing to become their newest member to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the company's marketing function, shaping strategy, driving demand generation, and building a scalable marketing engine from the ground up.

About the Role

Reporting directly to leadership, you'll own the entire marketing function—from demand generation and content strategy to HubSpot optimisation, SEO, paid media, and marketing attribution.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys solving problems, challenging conventional thinking, and building marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy.
  • Drive inbound demand generation and lead acquisition.
  • Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM and RevOps environment.
  • Lead SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and content strategy.
  • Manage paid media campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Measure marketing performance through attribution, reporting, and pipeline analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing with business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing within a startup or high-growth business.
  • Demonstrated ownership of HubSpot, including automation, lead scoring, reporting, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven success improving organic search performance through SEO and AEO.
  • Daily, practical use of AI tools such as Claude.ai to enhance marketing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, revenue operations, and marketing attribution.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
