Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and company standards.
Organize safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
Maintain safety records and prepare compliance reports.
Promote a safe working environment across all departments.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the garment industry.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
