Healthcare Compliance Specialist
We are a South Africa-based outsourcing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Compliance Specialist to support our US home care clients. In this fully remote role, you will work EST hours, reviewing healthcare documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance on a monthly cycle.
If you have a sharp eye for detail, thrive in a documentation-heavy environment, and are comfortable working in US time zones - we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Review healthcare documentation for errors, discrepancies, and non-compliant language.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to representatives on required corrections.
- Re-review revised documentation to confirm all compliance requirements have been met.
- Ensure all monthly documentation is finalized before the 1st of the following month.
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail - this is the core requirement of the role.
- Strong written English with the ability to communicate feedback clearly and professionally.
- Reliable availability during EST hours, Monday to Friday.
- Experience in healthcare, compliance, or documentation review.
