Timeline Monitoring Supplies, based in Alberton, is a leading provider of PaySpace Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management and Payroll Integration solutions across Southern Africa.

We are looking for a dedicated, professional and customer-focused PaySpace Payroll Support Consultant to join our growing team.

If you have solid experience with PaySpace Payroll, enjoy solving complex payroll challenges, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote and telephonic support to clients using PaySpace Payroll.
Set up, configure and implement new PaySpace payroll companies.
Support clients with payroll processing, leave management, statutory compliance and payroll-related queries.
Configure payroll components, earnings, deductions, leave schemes, company policies and system settings.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective client support.
Deliver user training and ensure clients receive exceptional service.
Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
Support the seamless integration between Jarrison Time Systems and PaySpace Payroll.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience implementing and supporting PaySpace Payroll.
Good understanding of South African payroll legislation, statutory requirements and payroll processes.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests.
Own reliable transport.
Preferably reside in Alberton, Germiston or surrounding areas.
