High Value Residential Area Sales and Leasing Specialist

Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Real Estate Practitioner to join its Cape Town luxury residential division.

This opportunity is designed for experienced property professionals who thrive in the premium market and understand that luxury real estate is built on trust, discretion, market intelligence, and exceptional client experience. You will represent a portfolio of exclusive residential properties across Cape Town’s most desirable locations while delivering a consultative, boutique service to high-net-worth local and international buyers. Success in this role requires the ability to originate listings, build trusted advisor relationships, and manage transactions from introduction through to successful transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

Luxury Property Sales: - Market and sell premium residential properties across Cape Town. - Manage the full property sales cycle from acquisition to transfer. - Conduct private viewings and bespoke client presentations. - Deliver exceptional buyer and seller experiences. Business Development & Listing Acquisition: - Generate and secure exclusive mandates. - Build a pipeline of high-value listings. - Develop referral networks across legal, finance, relocation and private wealth sectors. - Proactively source new opportunities and market activity. Relationship Management: - Build long-term relationships with sellers, buyers, investors and strategic partners. - Become a trusted advisor within assigned market areas. - Deliver consistent communication and premium service standards. Market Expertise: - Maintain deep knowledge of luxury property trends and pricing. - Advise clients on positioning, investment opportunities and market conditions. - Monitor competitor activity and local developments. Negotiation & Deal Management: - Structure and negotiate high-value transactions. - Guide clients through offer, acceptance and closing processes. - Coordinate with attorneys, bond originators and internal stakeholders. Brand Representation: - Represent Hamilton’s luxury and boutique positioning at all times. - Maintain professional standards across marketing, networking and client engagement. - Contribute to brand growth and market presence.

Essential: - Registered Property Practitioner (PPRA compliant) - Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) - Minimum 2+ years residential property sales experience - Proven success in premium or luxury property sales - Established professional network within Cape Town - Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence - Strong negotiation and closing ability - Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills. Advantageous: - Existing luxury residential client database - Experience with high-net-worth or international clients - Degree or qualification in Property, Business, Marketing or related field - Digital marketing and social media capability - Knowledge of CRM and property management platforms. Preferred Areas of Focus: Experience or existing networks in premium residential markets such as: - Atlantic Seaboard - City Bowl - Southern Suburbs - Constantia Valley - Hout Bay - Winelands luxury market.

Pay: R1,00 - R50 000,00 per month
