Purpose of Position

• To maximise revenue by turning every call received into an order, including continuous communication and follow-up with all customers. - To be responsible for the internal sales function, including thecorrect administration and processing of orders whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12

Experience

• D365 Experience
• 3-5 years Hire Desk, Call Centre, Sales, and Administration experience.
• Experience in working with customer satisfaction & index systems.
