Home Meal Replacement (HMR) Specialist x 2

Purpose of the Role:

The position is responsible for delivering sales whilst effecting acceptable/attractive GP to retailers and creating value at retail in the HMR department.

Job Description :

• To identify ways to increase Retailer’s HMR gross profit and sales
• To assist stores with ranging and menu design for the HMR department
• To assist stores with recipes and recipe costings for the the HRM department
• To assist stores with stock and order control in HMR department
• To assist stores with production planning to maximize HMR productivity
• To assist stores with implementation of good hygiene and food safety standards in department
• To assist project managers with store revamps and new store openings
• To advise on the purchasing, layout and maintenance of HMR of department equipment
• To provide training to retailers on the National Service Department Library
• To identify food trends and implement in stores

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Food Service & Foods Preparation
• 1 year experience in Managing a kitchen
• Driver's Licence

Education:

National Diploma: Food Science

National Senior Certificate _Matric (Required)
