Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Hospitality & Coffee Operations Intern to join our team in Eswatini. This internship provides hands-on exposure to coffee shop operations, customer service, retail management, stock control, and business administration across multiple Sage Coffee locations.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Consumer Science, Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Recent graduate or final-year online student
- Passion for the hospitality and food & beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of Sage Coffee stores
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Monitor customer service standards and product quality
- Support sales, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Assist with operational reporting and administration
- Conduct store visits and support multiple locations where required
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards
- Work closely with store teams to drive operational excellence
- Gain exposure to retail management, customer experience, and business operations
- Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
