UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary Hospitality Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist to join our motivated and ambitious team.
What Will You Do? We are looking for a customer-focused, relationship-oriented, and sales-driven Hospitality Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist to support luxury hotel and resort partners. In this role, you will create exceptional reservation experiences by assisting guests with bookings, understanding their travel preferences, and delivering personalized recommendations. Through genuine rapport, premium customer service, and consultative upselling, you will help maximize booking value while ensuring every guest interaction is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and guest inquiries related to hotel and resort reservations.
- Assist guests with room bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Deliver a premium guest experience by actively listening, building rapport, and providing personalized recommendations based on each guest's travel needs.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, room categories, rates, promotions, policies, and local attractions.
- Identify guest needs and naturally recommend upgraded room categories, packages, and hotel experiences through consultative, conversational selling techniques.
- Navigate reservation platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS) to accurately manage guest reservations and maintain detailed booking records.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while serving guests and representing premium hospitality brands.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet productivity, quality, booking conversion, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Stay up to date on hotel offerings, seasonal promotions, destination information, and local events to better assist guests.
Who are you? To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Required Experience
- At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in BPO and 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, hotel reservations, or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Naturally conversational with the ability to build rapport quickly, keep guests engaged, and create memorable customer experiences.
- Comfortable serving discerning, high-value guests while maintaining professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
- Collaborative attitude, willing to share knowledge, and contribute to team success.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call schedules based on business needs.
- Ability to work onsite.
Preferred Experience
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience supporting premium travel, luxury hospitality, or hotel reservation accounts in a BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Experience in hotel reservations, front desk operations, hospitality, travel, airline, or tourism industries.
- Experience using hotel reservation systems, booking platforms, or Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Familiarity with luxury hotel brands or premium hospitality environments is an advantage.
- Sales or consultative upselling experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
